Where can I return my order?

You can drop off your order at your preferred shipping company. You'll need to create a return label online. Print it out and stick it on your package. Keep the track & trace!

Can I pick up my order?

We're open daily until 6:30 PM. On weekends, we're at our office until 1:00 PM. If you've selected the pickup option, we'll send you an email when it's convenient for you to pick it up.

When can I expect my gels back if I return them?

Always keep your track & trace code so you can see if your return has already arrived. We process returns daily and refund the money the same day. The refund is processed through a payment system, so it may take 1 to 5 business days for the money to appear back in the account you used for payment.

I received an incorrect item.

Unfortunately, something may have gone wrong while processing your order. If this is the case, please contact us immediately with photos of the incorrect item. We will get back to you as soon as possible.
