How long does shipping take?

If you order before 3:00 PM on a business day , we'll ship your order the same day. You'll receive an email with a tracking number once your package has shipped, so you can track it. Please note: Orders placed after 3:00 PM or on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.

Tip: Check your inbox carefully for the email with your tracking number. Sometimes this email can end up in your spam or junk mail folder, so be sure to check there as well.

Can I still change or cancel my order?

We process and pack orders as quickly as possible to ensure you receive your package as soon as possible. This means that, unfortunately, it's not possible to make changes or cancel your order once it's been placed. If you have a problem with your order (for example, an incorrect address or an item you ordered by mistake), please contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to help, but once the order has shipped, we can no longer make changes. If you still want to try canceling your order, please contact us as soon as possible by email . If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can check if cancellation is still possible. Please note that in this case, a €2 transaction fee will be charged.

Can I return my order?

Yes, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt . We ask that you return the products in their original condition, unused, and with the original tags. Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will refund the purchase price to your account.

Please note: Our returns policy is strictly 14 days, and we cannot make any exceptions after this period. This policy applies to all customers, ensuring fairness and consistency for everyone. When will an item be available again?

An item is temporarily sold out, but don't worry! You can sign up for our Restock Alert . Leave your email address next to the sold-out product, and we'll send you a notification as soon as it's back in stock. That way you won't miss out!

Can I exchange an item?

Yes, you can exchange an item! First, email customerservice@chunclothing to submit your exchange request. We're happy to help. Please note that you'll be responsible for the return shipping costs, but the shipping costs for the new exchange are free. Once we've received and inspected the returned item, we'll ship the new one to you.

Will my pre-order be shipped first or with my entire order?

If you've placed a pre-order, your entire order will only be shipped once the pre-order items are available. We wait until all the items in your order are in stock so we can ship everything at once. This ensures you don't incur any additional shipping costs and receive your complete order!
