Does an item of clothing unfortunately not quite meet your expectations, or would you like to exchange it for a different size? If you'd like to exchange it, please let us know by email at klantenservice@chunclothing.nl , including your order number. You have 14 days to return your order. If you choose this option, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Items you return must be in the same condition as when you received them. If you return your order after 14 days, we unfortunately cannot process your return and will return the package to you. Once the package has been prepared for shipping, you can take it to your nearest post office and send it (at your own expense) to:

How do I return a product?

  • Check whether your product is eligible for return (for example: unused, in original packaging and within the return period)
  • Please download and print our returns form and complete it as completely as possible. You can download it here.
  • Make sure it's well protected so it arrives undamaged. Include the completed returns form in the package.
  • You must create the return label yourself using a shipping service of your choice (e.g., PostNL, DHL, or another provider). Make sure you send the package to the specified return address and always keep the shipping receipt with the track & trace code.

  • Once we've received and inspected your return, we'll send you a confirmation email. Your refund will be processed within 5 days. Please allow 1 to 5 business days for processing.

RETURN CONDITIONS

    • The article is provided with our label
    • The item is undamaged.
    • The item must not be worn or washed and must not have any perfume smell or make-up stains (trying it on is always allowed).
    • We do NOT accept jewelry for hygiene reasons.
    • The costs for returning your package are at your own expense.
    • Returns are entirely at your own risk.
    • We must receive your return within 14 calendar days (after receipt, of course).
    • Please note: You can print your return form below. Please complete the return form COMPLETELY, otherwise we cannot process it.
    • Please note: Packages sent to a Parcel Point or the wrong address will NOT be collected by us.
    • Please note: Please return the packages as standard parcels and not as letterbox parcels, otherwise they will not be delivered to us correctly.
    • For orders over 100 euros, shipping is free. For returns with a value of less than 100 euros, the shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • When returning a product that includes a free gift, the gift itself must be returned. If the gift is not returned, the gift's value will be deducted from the refund amount.
    • Returns that are invalid or do not meet our return policy cannot be accepted. If you have sent us an invalid return, we can resend the package to you. In that case, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. Once these costs have been paid, we will send the package back to you. Therefore, always carefully check that your return meets the conditions.

      Please note that CHUN will only accept returns if they are in their original condition. Damaged and/or used items will be refused and returned at your own expense. Any diminished value of the product, such as makeup stains, perfume, or sweat odor, will be excluded.

Warranty

We do not offer a washing guarantee on our items; any problems that arise after washing are your own responsibility.

If there is a production error in the item(s) you received, please report this within 24 hours of receipt by email to klantenservice@chunclothing.nl with the photos.

  • We offer a 14-day warranty on buckles, zippers, buttons, or any type of closures.
  • We do not provide a guarantee on loose threads (finishing threads).
  • Pulling of clothing is not covered by the warranty. Pulling occurs due to friction with other materials, and we are not responsible for this.
  • We do not guarantee loops/hook and lint on crocheted (wool) sweaters and cardigans.

Always return your order to us using a traceable shipping method. We are not responsible for lost items shipped without a Track & Trace code. You are responsible for your return package until it reaches our address. So, please keep your Track & Trace code safe until your return has been processed!
