PAYMENT

CHUN Clothing uses iDEAL, which allows you to pay directly with your own bank. However, this payment method is only available for orders within the Netherlands.

DISPATCH
We typically ship within one business day within the Netherlands (excluding pre-orders). Packages are shipped with DHL or PostNL. You will receive a Track & Trace code when your order is shipped by DHL or PostNL.

Orders placed on workdays before 3:00 PM will be shipped the same day with DHL.

If your order is delayed, we are not liable. We will investigate the matter and do everything we can to deliver it to you as quickly as possible. If you're unsure why your package is delayed, please send an email to info@chunclothing.nl and we'll look into it for you!

POSTAGE COSTS

Shipping costs are €5.95

For orders within the Netherlands above €100, no shipping costs will be charged.
